Triad Mental Health Support Groups

Support Groups are designed to help participants: 

Share common concerns
Learn and exchange new information
Develop appropriate coping skills
Develop natural supports

LOCAL SUPPORT GROUP

Schizophrenia | Schizo-Affective Disorders 

Support group for adults living with schizophrenia / schizo-affective disorder.

Meets in-person every second and fourth Thursday from 2:30pm to 4:00pm at the Mental Health Association in Forsyth County, 1509 S. Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC.

LOCAL SUPPORT GROUP

Tides Mood Disorders

Support group for adults living with depression, bi-polar disorder or other mood disorders. 

Meets in-person every first, third and fifth Tuesday evenings of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Mental Health Association in Forsyth County, 1509 S. Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC.

LOCAL SUPPORT GROUP

Anxiety Disorders

Support group for adults living with anxiety such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders. Applicable for adults who live with both anxiety and mood disorders.  

Meets in-person every second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Mental Health Association in Forsyth County, 1509 S. Hawthorne Road, Winston-Salem, NC.

Meets online every Friday morning from 10:30 to Noon.
