MHA Forsyth Counselors & Support Group Facilitators
Our contracted counselors and support group facilitators at the Mental Health Association in Forsyth County are experienced professionals dedicated to supporting mental wellness. They provide short-term counseling tailored to individual needs, helping clients navigate challenges and develop effective coping strategies. Some also facilitate our support groups, which are designed to help participants find connection, support, and hope. Our team is committed to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for all who seek our services.

Counselor
Dr. Brock M. Grace, PhD, LCMHC, NCC
Dr. Grace has worked in the mental health field since 2006. His approach to counseling warm, laid back, client centered, non-judgement and solution focused. He has experience working with all ages, demographics, genders and ethnicities. Dr. Grace has provided school based therapeutic care to K-12 students, individual and family therapy for youth in a psychiatric residential treatment facility as well as different group homes. Dr. Grace currently provides individual, family and couples counseling at Give Grace Youth & Family Counseling. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and children.

Rebecca Crabtree,LCMHC
Rebecca Crabtree is a therapist who recognizes the courage it takes to pursue therapy and provides a safe, respectful environment for clients. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and more. With a diverse background in working with groups, individuals with disabilities, adoption, and grief, Rebecca uses an eclectic approach incorporating mindfulness, art, music, and play. She is dedicated to empowering clients to express themselves and advocate for their well-being.

Jazmine Crumpton MS, LCMHC, NCC
Jazmine Crumpton works with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life changes, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. She believes in helping clients go beyond simple goal formation to achieve more than they thought possible. Her counseling style is warm, down-to-earth, and interactive, often incorporating humor. Jazmine treats everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, avoiding stigmatizing labels, and tailors each dialogue and treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Aaron Eaton, MDiv, MBA, MAEL
Aaron Eaton is a counselor who understands the courage it takes to seek help and strives to create a supportive, respectful, and grounded environment for every client. With a background in crisis intervention services and years of experience walking with people through trauma, grief, and high-stress situations, he works with adults and families on issues such as trauma recovery, stress management, spiritual concerns, and personal growth. Aaron integrates a faith-informed perspective with evidence-based approaches, drawing from practical tools and reflective work to help clients build resilience, clarity, and confidence. He is dedicated to empowering people to heal, discover their strengths, and move forward with purpose.

Teresa Flake, MA, LCMHC, CCHt
Teresa A. Flake is a licensed clinical mental health counselor specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, and Trauma. With a Master's degree from South University, she has over five years of experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, families, and groups. Ms. Flake's expertise covers a range of trauma issues, such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and veteran care. She is also a mother of four and a grandmother.

Support Group Facilitator
LaVonne Russel, MS, LCASA, CCHt
LaVonne Russell is a licensed substance abuse therapist with over eight years of experience, specializing in humanistic principles, mindfulness-based practices, motivational interviewing, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina A&T State University and is skilled in working with individuals and groups dealing with substance abuse, trauma, and other mental health challenges. LaVonne is committed to helping clients transform confusion and fear into creativity and calm, fostering personal growth and resilience.
