About the event
The "Buddy Up Open Tennis Tournament" is a special event that honors the life and legacy of local former tennis pro, Edward Dwight. Proceeds from this annual event benefit the programs and services provided by the Mental Health Association in Forsyth County. Â
The Mental Health Association in Forsyth County is deeply honored to be the recipient of funds raised by this event in Edward's memory. Â Everyone needs a buddy, a friend, a pal, a supporter -- particularly when going through a tough time in life. Â The work of the MHA honors the memory of Edward Dwight daily by offering help and hope to our most vulnerable citizens with mental health needs.Â
